We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
 

Wallet addresses are temporarily processed in API requests (to fetch balances, transaction history, etc.).

Username (only if you choose to set/update it in your profile).
 

Email address (only if you choose to set/update it in your profile).
 

c. Transactional & Activity Information

Whether you created an account.
 

Whether you performed swaps or other transactions.
 

Error logs when a transaction fails.
 

d. Technical Information

Error cookies (to diagnose and improve user experience).
 

Device information (if you opt-in for notifications).
 

Usage logs (latency, region, volume of requests, DDoS prevention).

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Transactional error logs may be kept for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

In the last 12 months, we have not shared or sold any Personal Information (such as your username or email) with third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes. The only information that may be transmitted to third parties during your use of IDX Wallet is your public blockchain address (public key), which is required for completing blockchain transactions.

We use third-party services solely for functional purposes such as swapping, sending, or staking digital assets, and all such providers are carefully vetted, reputable, and integrated transparently. For your clarity, we always display the provider’s name and details within the UI so you know exactly which service is being used for a given transaction.

We do not:

Sell your Personal Information.
 

Share your Personal Information for cross-context advertising or targeted marketing.
 

Disclose any private keys or sensitive authentication data to third parties.
